Additional Order Information

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking your event rentals and custom design elements as soon as you have a date set, ideally 6-8 months before your event. This allows us ample time to customize everything and ensure availability.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. You can adjust your order depending on the timing and availability. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy with your choices and can accommodate changes as best we can, but please note that some changes may incur additional fees, especially as your event date approaches.
